Taking place on Friday, 11th of October, the masterclass will specialize in making traditional teatime pastries where guests can follow expert pastry chef, Chef Bhardwaj, and try their hand at baking an array of delightful desserts.
Happening between 3pm and 5pm, the masterclass will begin with an engaging discussion led by Chef Bhardwaj himself, offering guests an insight into the history and different techniques used when curating a delectable afternoon tea spread. Following this, Chef Bhardwaj will conduct an in-depth live demonstration of two mouthwatering pastries: Classic Scones and a delicious Hazelnut and Orange Blossom Loaf Cake. Guests will then have a chance to create their own teatime pastries, before finishing with a lighthearted taste test.
