Leading hospitality brand, Tashas Group is set to launch its partnership with Maritime and Mercantile International (MMI) to introduce a quarterly Wine Pairing Series across its concept stores. Starting at Flamingo Room Dubai on April 17th, this exciting collaboration will artfully combine Tashas Group’s fine dining food with MMI’s exceptional portfolio of wines. As part of the series, guests can participate in the Global Wine Passport program.
The Global Wine Passport program adds an extra layer of excitement to each event, each guest will receive a passport from the country the winemaker host comes from to guide them through the tasting journey. Attendees will collect a different passport at every venue, and those who join all the wine pairing nights will enter a pool from which one individual with a plus one will be selected for an exclusive, all-expenses-paid trip to a prestigious wine estate in either Greece, Italy, or South Africa. This is an opportunity beyond just a typical wine pairing experience, allowing for an educational experience from beginning to end.
Maritime and Mercantile International (MMI), a subsidiary of the Emirates Group, is a passionate and dynamic beverage marketing, sales, and distribution organisation. Tashas Group teamed up with MMI based on their access to the best winemakers across the globe to be able to showcase at these exclusive wine pairing events.
Beverage Director Krystian Hordejuk at Tashas Group, commented, “Our partnership with MMI for the Wine Pairing Series represents a strategic collaboration aimed at elevating the F&B scene in the UAE. By combining Tashas Group’s hospitality excellence with MMI’s exceptional wine portfolio and passion for enthusing wine culture, we’re creating unique events that showcase the best of both worlds.”
