TABŪ, the modern Japanese restaurant located on the Mezzanine floor of The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, is set to redefine Saturday nights with the launch of its Samurai Night Brunch, starting 4 October. Blending elevated Japanese dining with electrifying entertainment, the Samurai Night Brunch transforms evenings into a vibrant celebration with DJ sets, roaming performers, and a menu designed for sharing.

The Samurai Night Brunch menu showcases TABŪ’s contemporary take on Japanese cuisine, beginning with starters to share including sashimi, nigiri, maki rolls, crispy squid, cod croquettes, chicken yakitori, and hamachi tartare. For mains, guests can choose from signature dishes such as misoyaki cod, striploin beef, salmon teriyaki, charcoal-grilled baby chicken, or lamb chops with gochujang. A selection of sides, along with a decadent dessert platter featuring TABŪ’s signature chocolate bomb, completes the feast.
