Rocambolesco

From Saturday, 7th November, the Piano Room also hosts Rocambolesco's Saturday brunch, running from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Packages start at AED 245, and if you're celebrating, the birthday guest brunches on the house when you book four guests on the same package.

The menu is built for sharing, starting with starters such as Coccoli e burrata e affettato, warm fried dough with creamy burrata and Italian cold cuts, alongside a delicate Yellowtail Carpaccio with tomato essence, basil, and lemon, a Tuscan Panzanella, and a classic Vitello Tonnato. Sharing mains follow, from Rocambolesco's signature Parmigiana finished with a scamorza fondue to the Tutto nella Norma pizza with black charcoal eggplant sauce and salty ricotta, Pappardelle with a white beef ragù and rosemary, and a golden Chicken Milanese with artichoke sauce, rocket and parmesan, before the desserts of the day bring things to a sweet close. To drink, Aperol Spritz, Negroni, Espresso Martini, Paloma and Pornstar Martini join house grapes and spirits, with mocktails, juices and soft drinks for the non-alcoholic package.

"The Piano Room is Rocambolesco after dark," said Aleix Garcia, Managing Partner, Eclectic Hospitality. "Downstairs is all about long lunches and conviviality. Upstairs, the music leads, the room gets closer and the night finds its own rhythm." Different floor, same story: intensely Italian at heart and never entirely ordinary. And as Rocambole would have it, the night rarely ends where it began.
