Launching on January 20^th, B@52 will now take the spotlight every Saturday from 4PM to 7PM, replacing the iconic Sky High Brunch with a new and refreshed concept yet equally brilliant vibes.

Nestled on the 52nd floor of Dubai Marriott Harbour Hotel & Suites, Observatory’s new brunch promises an exhilarating fusion of DJ entertainment, live beverage stations, creative cocktails, and a customized new set menu, set against a backdrop of stunning, 360-degree panoramic views of Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah.

With B@52, brunch-goers will get to enjoy an elevated gastronomic affair featuring a generous family-style three-course set menu. The talented team of chefs at Observatory Bar & Grill have crafted a selection of appetizing starters, such as Charred Edamame or Salmon Crudo, while  for the mains, diners can take their pick from options of Chicken Taco,  Braised Beef Sliders, or Spicy Corn on the Cob, finishing off the brunch affair with a delightful dessert, including a Vanilla Cream Brulee or Brioche & Nutty Chocolate.

Priced at AED 295 per person, guests can enjoy a three-hour window of unlimited cocktails including hand-crafted signatures, such as Aperol Spritz, Sky Breeze, Beach Comber, as well as an Espresso Martini Live Station, and an array of house beverages including hops, grape, and sparkling. For those looking to indulge for longer, there is an option to extend the unlimited drinks package by an additional two-hour window for just AED150.

But that’s not all! Guests who decide to opt for both the brunch package and the beverage extension together can enjoy the ultimate brunch extravaganza for just AED375.
