Classical dishes from the Middle Eastern region include fluffy warm kibbeh, mouthwatering chicken molokhia and a host of mezze favourites such as homemade hummus, moutabal and babaganoush. Indian and Asian favourites bring dishes such as warming butter chicken and homey lamb biryani with spicy thai green vegetable curry for a taste of Thailand and beef udon noodles for the meat lovers. The salad bar offers a plethora of offering for guests looking for a healthy option with ready made dishes such as the colourful beetroot salad with raspberry and goats cheese, while guests can also make their own bespoke dishes with a choice of three dressings, 10 toppings and three types of leaves to cater to every taste.

Decadent desserts will delight adults and children alike, with a host of warm and cold options, fresh fruits and the create-your-own-yogurt station – there is something to satisfy every sweet tooth. Weekly live performances will create a perfect laid-back ambience to unwind and connect over a delicious meal.
