Elaia’s Steki Brunch invites guests on a Mediterranean journey with four curated beverage packages. The Soft Package at AED 255 offers refreshing blends such as Pomona with raspberry, alongside a wide selection of soft drinks. The Wines & Beers Package at AED 355 features Mediterranean favourites from Greece and Lebanon, while the House Package at AED 395 expands the experience with wines from Spain and France, signature cocktails like the Metaxa Fizz and Xenos Delight, and premium spirits. For the ultimate indulgence, the Premium Package at AED 555 includes the full House selection plus Prosseco and Mimosas. The culinary offering celebrates the warmth of Mediterranean dining. Starters include creamy tzatziki, seabream carpaccio with grapefruit, crispy calamari, beef and feta meatballs, and wood-fired buffalo pizza. Mains bring heartier flavours with prawns saganaki cooked in tomato, feta, and lemon; lamb souvlaki served with parsley salad, cherry tomatoes, and lavash bread; hunter’s chicken braised with mushrooms, shallots, and red wine; baked pastitsio layered with minced beef, tomato sauce, and graviera cheese; and paccheri tossed with tomato, basil, and parmesan. A vegan option is also available. To finish, dessert selection brings a sweet finale with golden loukoumades with rum ice cream and the creamy tiramisu.
