Carna Drunch is set to bring back homely nostalgia with a picnic-inspired drunch surrounded by friends and family. Offering the ultimate Carna experience, the evening will be filled with eclectic live music, dancers, and non-stop beats courtesy of the resident DJ. The brunch begins with a curated selection of starters and Italian favourites, mostly hailing from the quaint region of Tuscany, such as Homemade Italian Bread Basket, Fresh and Smoked Mozzarellas, and the Tuscan favourite, Pappa Al Pomodoro, a bread soup made from fresh tomatoes. The main course will deliver the signature flavours of Chef Dario, with prime cuts and unrivalled quality, and guests can pair their culinary experience with a wide selection of free-flowing cocktails masterfully concocted by the in-house mixologist.
