Boardwalk’s all-new brunch concept, the Squisito Brunch, features delicious buffet brimming with mouthwatering home-style Italian dishes and beverages. True to its name, the “exquisite” brunch experience will offer diners a specially curated selection of plated dishes, featuring Italian signature favorites such as pasta, seafood, and grilled meats, all freshly prepared at our live cooking stations capturing the essence of the Mediterranean with an exciting Italian flair. Led by the Director of Culinary at Dubai Creek Resort, Sydney Stranger and conceptualised by Boardwalk’s new chef, Cristiano Bellintoni, the Squisito Brunch will feature his signature dishes, each deeply rooted in the authentic Italian gastronomy resulting in subtle yet exceptional flavours.

Held every Saturday from 1:00 p.m. on the lower deck of the terrace, guests are invited to savour this extraordinary experience while basking in the sunlit ambiance reminiscent of the Amalfi coastline. Against a backdrop of gentle breezes and stunning waterfront views, diners will be serenaded by the soulful melodies of a saxophone player and the lively tunes of a talented singer, echoing the vibrant spirit of Italy.

Diners are warmly invited to explore a wide variety of live stations that evoke the bustling markets and trattorias of the Amalfi Coast, including Bread station filled with freshly baked breads and delectable pizzas straight out of the oven; Oyster station featuring freshly shucked oysters; Pinzimonio and Salad station brimming with fresh fruits and vegetables paired with creamy and tangy salad dressings; BBQ Station brimming with mouthwatering classics; Pasta Station featuring a Parmesan cheese wheel that is sure to make every cheese lover’s dreams come true, as well as an indulgent Dessert Station, one that is not to be missed! Additionally, guests can tuck into plated dishes such as Polpette al Sugo, Insalata di Pulpo, Crochette di Patate, Vitello Tonnato and Plated Pizza Pistachio e Mortadella, all of which will be served on the table.

Adding to the Italian charm, guests can choose from a range of masterfully crafted cocktails such as Negroni Fountain, Aperol Spritz Station, Sgroppino, Coppa Del Nonno and Moka Pot Martini, ensuring the perfect pairing for every dish.
