Every Saturday, from 1pm to 4pm, Babylon’s gates will swing open to reveal a spectacle of lavish celebrations, treating guests to an unforgettable brunch experience that combines the allure of 18^th-century French splendor with Babylon’s signature touch of extravagance and modern sophistication.

Indulge in a culinary masterpiece fit for royalty, ‘Let Them Have Brunch’ presents a mesmerizing array of Babylon’s most popular dishes, including an array of raw, hot, and cold hors d’oeuvres, such as Wagyu Beef Tataki; Babylon Salad; Crispy Octopus; Chutoro; and Warm Prawns. For the main event, brunch-goers can enjoy a selection of entrées, including Chilean Seabass with Spicy Bomba Rice and Giant Tiger Prawn with Chili Chimichurri, complemented by sides of Miso Broccolini; Truffle Baked Potato and Mediterranean Fries. Paying homage to the quote that inspired the brunch, diners will get to indulge in a variety of desserts, including Babylon’s famous Berry Pavlova; Baklava Mille-Feuille; Chocolate Bar and a dessert platter of Mochis, Sorbets, and Fruit.
