Combining urban chic with stunning views, this outstanding eatery offers picturesque views of the Dubai Skyline in a lush and cooled al fresco setting. Launching the menus, which have been thoughtfully curated to offer guests a diverse range of dishes that showcase a fusion of flavours and cultures, The Courtyard is giving guests even more excuses to plan their next trip to the Creek.
The new food menu features favourites from around the world and was created by The Courtyard’s team of experienced chefs to tantalise the taste buds of guests. From Octopus Salad, Rocca Zaatar with Halloumi, creamy Mushroom Soup made with fresh mushrooms and whipping cream, Lamb Kofta Wrap, a range of pasta and pizzas, to the succulent Ribeye Steak and tasty Prawn Biryani for mains, The Courtyard’s new food menu offers something for everyone. Other highlights of the menu include the Burrata Cheese served with mushrooms, rocket leaves, tomatoes, and a balsamic glaze, and the Beef Tenderloin, grilled to perfection and served with truffle mashed potatoes, rocket salad, cherry tomato, and parmesan cheese.
Boasting a wide array of tempting desserts including the likes of Cheese Kunafa, Mix Arabic Baklava, and Sticky Date Pudding, those with a sweet tooth need look no further. Also featuring plenty of kids options like Nuggets & Fries, Penne Pomodoro, and tasty ice cream to finish, even the younger diners will have something to savour.
To complement the new food menu, The Courtyard has also introduced a range of refreshing cocktails to quench diners’ thirst during the hot summer days. The new cocktail selection features both classic favourites and contemporary drinks, such as the Signature Old Fashioned and the Vida Tiki. The talented mixologists have left no stone unturned when it comes to creating beverages that dance on the tongue and guests can also look forward to such creations as Last Minute, Fintasia, Sundowners, and a range of G&T options.
