Dubai’s highly anticipated Restaurant Week is back starting Friday 9th May, and SLS Dubai is offering not one, but two exceptional dining experiences with Fi’lia and Carna by Dario Cecchini. Both restaurants, located within the iconic SLS Dubai hotel, will be offering a set dinner menu of favourites, giving guests a perfect opportunity to enjoy signature dishes in a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
At Carna, renowned for its elevated take on traditional butchery, guests will begin their experience with one of three appetizers: Dario’s Beef Tartare, the signature Warm Lettuce Salad, or a creamy Burrata. For mains, diners can choose between Wagyu Ox Cheeks, Baked Cauliflower, or a perfectly cooked Flank Steak. To end on a sweet note, the desserts include a classic Crostata, a ‘Latte’ containing fresh milk ice cream, dulce de leche and milk crumble, or a scoop of the Chef’s Ice Cream, an intriguing combination of stracciatella and vanilla extra virgin olive oil.
Fi’lia brings a fresh, modern take on Italian cuisine and the menu opens with a choice of starters like Carpaccio, Crudo di salmone or Burrata. Mains offer variety of Italian classics – something for every palate, from the hearty Melanzane, to the Puttanesca a Di Mare, or the Tartufo Pizza. For dessert, guests can choose between the house-favorite Fi’liamisu, a creative spin on the classic tiramisu, or a delicate Pavlova with a crisp meringue and fresh fruit.
