Sfumato’s monthly Chef’s Selection Menu is a delight for the senses

Upscale restaurant Sfumato, renowned for its sophisticated dining offerings, brings guests a specially orchestrated dining experience this December with its monthly chef’s selection menu.

The specially curated Chef’s Selection menu is a testament to the culinary artistry of Michelin-recognized Chef Alena Solodovichenko, who infuses each dish with a delicate yet rich blend of flavours promised to elevate every guest’s palate.  From using fresh and locally sourced ingredients to artistic plating, each dish features a harmonious blend of bold flavours, unique textures and artistic presentation, making it a true work of art.

Diners can kick off their culinary journey with starters such as the Beetroot with rich black currant sauce, Stracciatella and Chicory, and the Beef Tartar with fresh truffle, Gruyere cheese and crispy croissants, bringing a unique texture.

For the mains, guests can indulge in a perfectly cooked Umami Chicken elevated with mushroom demi-glace and morels, or the Slow-Cooked Beef Cheek with malt jus, as well as the Fresh Truffle Mashed Potato and the Grilled Asparagus.

The dessert selection boasts delights such as the Apple au Gratin with Labneh ice cream, vanilla sauce and salted caramel sauce or the Elderflower Basque Cheesecake with blueberry compote and elderflower sauce.
