It’s the Year of the Dragon, and to celebrate Long Yin at Le Meridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre and Sui Mui at The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina are offering delectable feasts of traditional buffets inspired by the Far East.

LONG YIN
Get ready for the Year of the Dragon at authentic Chinese restaurant, Long Yin, Friday 9th February from 7:00 pm to feast on a buffet that will take you on a journey through China’s culinary legacy.
Diner’s experience the art of traditional Chinese cuisine mastery, with Chef George preparing his take on home-made, authentic stir-fried noodles in front of the crowd. With different live cooking and barbeque stations spread on the promenade terrace, you can expect an array of traditional dishes freshly served, with the highlight being the crispy pecking duck.
The packages are priced at AED 425 for the house beverages package and AED 325 for the soft beverage package.

SUI MUI
Playful pan-Asian restaurant, Sui Mui welcomes you to celebrate Chinese New Year from 11th to 15th February. Join us on the 11th January as the Sui Mui team prepares a lavish spread of traditional dishes inspired by the flavorful street of China.
Expect a wide selection of starters including crispy prawn fruit salad, crispy prawns on toast, Cantonese taro dumplings. The main course station will offer culinary delights like Guangzhou fried rice, Hong Kong beef, stir fried ngo kuay, much more all served with taste-budding sauces. To finish things off, there will be stuffed black sesame dumpling and sticky rice with their toppings.
The packages are priced at AED 195 on soft beverage package and AED 265 for the alcohol package. From Monday 12th January to Thursday 15th January, foodies can still indulge in an a la carte menu inspired from Lunar Year traditional dishes.
