Le Bar by La Dame de Pic, located within the one MICHELIN-starred La Dame de Pic Dubai at One Za’abeel, has launched a new cocktail experience, ‘Do You Drink French Fluently.’ This elegant new evening experience blends the art of French mixology with exceptional culinary pairings. Available from Tuesday to Saturday, 6 pm to 12 am, ‘Do You Drink Fluently’ invites guests to immerse themselves in a world of expertly crafted French-inspired cocktails, Champagne, and rosé, accompanied by a selection of sophisticated dishes.
Highlighting this unique experience are signature cocktails like Rue du Louvre (AED 90), crafted with Anne-Sophie Pic gin, St. Germain, and pickled cucumber, as well as the delicate Sweet Bee (AED 130), featuring Cognac, bee pollen, chamomile, and Champagne. These bespoke creations are designed to evoke the essence of French culinary traditions, pairing effortlessly with gourmet bites such as Crispy Aubergine and Pistachio Cuttlefish, and complemented by a selection of premium caviar.
La Dame de Pic Dubai is the only restaurant from the world’s most acclaimed female chef, Anne-Sophie Pic, to feature a bar. Co-created with Paz Levinson, the Pic Group Executive Sommelier, each drink on the menu creates an aromatic dialogue between food and drinks, a symbiosis of flavours that elevates the culinary experience at the highest level. Diners will also have the unique opportunity to try Anne Sophie Pic’s Bergamont and Figleaf gin. The refined, delicate creation reveals hearty notes of Calabrian bergamot juniper, toasted fig leaf, and macerated soba cha, offering a full palate of delicate aromas and exquisite textures.
