Jun’s, the region’s home to third-culture-cooking, is hosting a four-hands dinner in collaboration with modern fine-dining restaurant, Chez Wam. This Coolab Vol. 2 will see Chef Kelvin Cheung of Jun’s and Chef Hadrien Villedieu of Chez Wam come together for an even cooler version of a chef collab, where it’s all about cooking for friends!
Located at Jun’s restaurant on Downtown Dubai’s Boulevard, the exciting chef collaboration will take place on Monday, the 21st of October, between 7pm and 11pm. With only 40 seats available, guests of the twelve-course dinner will have the unique opportunity to spend time with both chefs, making for a truly interactive, one-of-a-kind experience.
These talented chefs not only excel in their craft but also bring a unique flair to the culinary industry, and this Coolab is an example of just that. With both chefs garnering a long list of awards and accolades on their own merits, this vibrant and entertaining event promises nothing short of enjoyment from the duo. On the day, chef Kelvin will lean into his French cooking techniques, which he learnt in Belgium, and will cook French-inspired dishes, while chef Hadrien cooks an assortment of Asian dishes.
The fun and fascinating menu features an exquisite selection of dishes that promise to delight the palate. For snacks to begin the culinary journey, indulge in Oysters, Escargots, Bao Peking Duck, and a Not a Deep Dish Pizza. The starters include Crispy Dumplings and Spring Roll 2.0. For the mains, savour Hot Fish, XO Lobster Rice Noodles, Char Siu Grilled Seabass, and Mongolian Short Ribs. To end on a sweet note, the dessert offerings comprise Pistachio Matcha, Garett Pop Corn Pie, and a delightful array of petits fours, including a Fortune Cookie and Cookies, alongside Passion Fruit Marshmallow and Pistachio Matcha Lollipop.
