The SAMBA room will be transformed to celebrate the captivating culture of Brazil on Saturday May 6th and Saturday May 27th. The brunch will transport guests to the heart of Rio de Janeiro with beautiful décor, sensational entertainment, mouth-watering dishes, and breath-taking floor to ceiling 360-degree views of the Palm Jumeirah.
Guests will be able to indulge in a sharing style menu, with delicious options such as the Peruvian corn salad and Chilean Seabass Anticucho with miso and chives. The Crispy Cassava with tapioca root, sour cream, molho a campanha and salsa verde is a must-try for everyone. To finish the culinary journey, guests can indulge in the Japanese Doughnut Andagi with dolce ganache, Yuzu Cheesecake with matcha ice cream and velouté, or the Samba Pops with chicha morada sorbet, crispy raspberry, white chocolate and lime.
Brunch guests will enjoy the most energizing beats by SUSHISAMBA’s resident DJ while the venue’s sensational samba dancers create a lively and energetic atmosphere.
