In celebration of Colombia Independence Day, En Fuego is launching a fiesta to remember. Taking place on Thursday 20th July 2023 from 5:00pm to 1:00am, guests can look forward to savouring mouth-watering Colombian cuisine as they sip on bottomless margaritas and immerse themselves in a host of South American-themed entertainment. With must-try dishes including Bandeja Paisa, Beef Patacon, and Merengon de Frutas– this one-night-only extravaganza is not to be missed.
Inspired by the vibrant culinary heritage of Colombia, En Fuego’s specially curated à la carte menu will take diners on the ultimate multi-sensory gastronomical journey. To begin the experience, guests will be invited to indulge in a selection of tempting starters – think juicy Chicken Empanadas and wholesome Ajiaco Soup featuring chicken, avocado, corn, and potatoes. Followed by three must-try authentic Colombian dishes for the main event, such as the classic Parrillada Colombiana, moreish Bandeja Paisa with beans, rice, beef chorizo, and fried plantain, and the flavoursome Seabass Encocado with Hogao sauce and coconut rice. While those with a sweet tooth can tuck into a variety of desserts, including the mouth-watering Arroz con Leche featuring rice pudding topped with cinnamon and dulce de leche, the Solterita Flower with custard cream and Merengon de Frutas featuring a succulent selection of seasonal fruits with whipped cream.
Plus, get ready to samba the night away with the vibrant samba duo, the Firebirds, whilst En Fuego’s very own trickster, the Jazzy Jester will make an appearance alongside the much-loved dancing skull heads. The all-night soirée will reach new heights at 10:30pm with upbeat tunes, impromptu parades, and a Tiki-La’s tequila shot show until the clock strikes midnight.
Beyond the authentic South American cuisine, diners can sip on a refreshing range of cocktails and mocktails that celebrates the spirit of South America. Infused with authentic flavours and surprising ingredients, these must-try beverages such as Café con Leche, Rum Colombia, and Passion Alegria are sure to keep one’s spirit up throughout the night.
