Perfected by Angelo Santi, the head chef at TOTÓ Vini e Cucina, each pasta dish is specially curated to showcase the authentic flavours of Italy. With a focus on using the freshest ingredients and timeless cooking techniques that have been passed down through generations, these new pasta dishes will become a permanent feature on the menu as well!
Starting from Friday, October 25th, diners are invited to indulge in comforting yet elevated pasta dishes, including Gnocchi di Patate al Pesto; tender potato gnocchi in delicious basil pesto sauce topped with creamy stracciatella cheese, freshly diced tomatoes, and pine nuts for the perfect bite, or Tortelli di Ricotta e Spinaci, handmade tortelli stuffed with ricotta and fresh spinach in a velvety butter and sage sauce topped with Parmigiano Reggiano shavings. Those looking for a bolder choice can opt for the Tagliolini alla Carrettiera, made with tagliolini pasta served with savoury anchovies, topped with crunchy lemon-infused breadcrumbs, and finished with garlic, pine nuts and chilli, for a hint of spice.
