Carna by Dario Cecchini, the renowned dining destination at SLS Dubai, unveils an exciting new addition to its beloved dining repertoire with the launch of Carna’s Sunday Roast Lunch, offering a fresh twist on a classic tradition. Launching on January 26th, for AED 350 per person, guests can indulge in a sharing-style roast experience, featuring a rotating selection of premium roast meats, an array of mouthwatering appetisers, and delectable sides. To enhance the dining experience, the afternoon will be accompanied by live entertainment.
With Italian tradition and flavours at its heart, Carna’s Sunday Roast will bring family and friends together for a truly indulgent weekend meal. The sharing-style concept features a selection of standout dishes designed to be savoured together, starting in trattoria style with a welcome drink of Dario’s wine. Guests can then relish fresh appetisers such as Dario’s Beef Carpaccio, served with truffle egg yolk and Pecorino Toscano, alongside the hearty Carna Green Salad, featuring baby gem lettuce and smoked candy tomatoes.
For the main roast event, guests can indulge in a rotating selection of succulent cuts, including the Picanha, Ribeye, Roast Beef Striploin, made with Australian Wagyu Sirloin and Mediterranean herbs, and the Roast Lamb Leg, featuring boneless Australian lamb, fennel, and garlic. Accompanying these selections are classic trimmings like Roast Potatoes, cooked in beef fat for a crispy finish, Roasted Carrots & Parsnips with butter and thyme, Yorkshire Pudding and Gravy and the light and flavourful Tuscan Beans Stew, all adding the finishing touches to the comforting and indulgent feast. To finish on a sweet note, diners can satisfy their dessert cravings with Dario’s Olive Oil Cake with lemon-mascarpone cream or the rich Chocolate Mousse with chocolate crumble and Chantilly cream.
