Brasserie Boulud’s new dining experience offers a culinary passport to the French Riviera

This summer, get rosé ready at Brasserie Boulud as they showcase ‘Boulud Sur Mer’ to welcome the summer solstice. Taking place globally across Chef Daniel Boulud concepts in New York City, Palm Beach, Miami, The Bahamas, Montreal, and for the first time in Dubai at the Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded outlet, the seasonal dishes and grape pairing menu promises a culinary passport to the French Riviera from 23rd June to 31st July 2023 and then from September 1st to September 30th.

Chefs Daniel Boulud and Nicolas Lemoyne have curated a special Provençal style menu to pair perfectly with a refreshing glass of rosé, courtesy of Château d’Esclans’ magical winery situated in the heart of Provence, which will be featured both by the glass and by the bottle on the specially curated menu. Each dish will be composed of traditional ingredients from the region and guests will have the chance to experience the flavors, sights, and smells of the Cote D’Azur.

Flavours of the Mediterranean Sea will take over Brasserie Boulud, where guest can expect summer delicacies through the contemporary French dining concept. Dishes to look out for include Socca À La Provonçal, Tarte À La Tomate, Bouillabaise and Tarte Tropeziene. The weekend Saturday lunch alternative, Picnic C’est Chic, will also refresh the offering of bountiful European cheese, charcuterie, salads, and BBQ style main courses to match and create an experience that mimics dining seaside in the South of France.

Boulud Sur Mer is the only way to dine this summer for those seeking a social atmosphere to spend sunny days in Dubai with friends and family over light and refreshing meals the south of France way.
