A two-part Saturday experience: brunch from 1:30 pm until 5:30 pm, followed by an after-brunch DJ party from 5:30 pm to 8 pm.

Forget about the buffet, the bottomless rosé and white tablecloths, as every Saturday, Salmon Guru transforms into a full-blown party. DJ on the terrace, pass-around bites, and house music playing that has you forgetting it’s the afternoon. From 5:30 pm, the main DJs take over on the enclosed terrace, driving high energy, a crowded dancefloor and a vibe that takes guests right into their Saturday night.

This brunch is set on the enclosed terrace, so guests can enjoy that outdoor feeling while being cooled down with built-in AC. Choose to stand and move with the music, or sink into one of the signature sofas. A different guest DJ takes over the enclosed terrace each week. When the afternoon brunch wraps at 5:30 pm, à la carte dining begins for those not quite ready to call it a Saturday.
