COYA Dubai introduces Azúcar Sunday Brunch, a spirited and stylish daytime experience where the iconic Azúcar Nights find their daytime beat. Inspired by the rhythm and warmth of Latin America, the brunch brings the energy of COYA’s nightlife into the afternoon, with authentic Peruvian dishes, live music, and a lively yet sophisticated atmosphere that captures the essence of COYA, vibrant, refined, and full of life.

Designed as a destination for all lunch gatherings, Azúcar celebrates connection, flavour, and rhythm. Guests can enjoy a curated set menu featuring a choice of one aperitivo, one starter, one main course, and one dessert, with each dish crafted to reflect the vibrant essence of COYA’s Latin heritage. A live Latin band performs three sets throughout the afternoon, creating a spirited ambience that turns brunch into a celebration of sound and flavour.

Held every Sunday from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the award-winning COYA Dubai, located within the Four Seasons Resort Jumeirah, the brunch is priced from  AED 195 per person, with an optional Azúcar Package for AED 150 per guest, including Minuty Prestige, Château Minuty, COYA Red Sangria, and COYA White Sangria.

Guests can choose from signature dishes such as Beef Empanadas with smoked brisket, Cauliflower Tempura with chipotle mayo, and Salmon Tostadas with avocado purée and yellow chilli crème fraîche. Starters include Burrata with botija olive powder, Beef Tartare with fig purée and truffle, and Classic Sea Bass Ceviche with red onion and sweetcorn. Main courses range from Robata Grilled Sea Bream and Char Grilled Chicken to Grilled Angus Beef Flank and Prawns and Squid Rigatoni, each served with COYA fries and grilled seasonal vegetables. Desserts include Cheesecake with peach and mango sorbet, or Churros with dulce de leche. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available.
