Mornings begin with comfort and craft—Eggs Florentine with Cheddar béchamel and smoked paprika, a citrusy Omelette Royale topped with salmon roe and dill, and a locally inspired Middle Eastern Omelette layered with garlicky yogurt and chili sauce.
Starters lean bright and refreshing. The Shrimp Rolls “Terre et Mer” pair sesame-spiced beef and shrimp in crisp filo. The Crab Salad balances grapefruit, avocado, and coriander, while the Cucumber Avocado Gazpacho offers a cool, herbaceous lift. For a touch of indulgence, Blinis with smoked salmon or Oscietra caviar bring French elegance to the table.
The sandwich selection includes highlights like the Lobster Roll with lemon confit and lemongrass, the rich Ladurée Gourmet Burger with confit beef cheeks and truffle mayo, and two takes on the classic Croque Monsieur—traditional with Emmental or vegetarian with tomato pesto.
To finish, milkshakes reinterpret Ladurée’s macarons in liquid form—rose, chocolate, vanilla, and pistachio, each topped with Chantilly and macaron shells. Desserts include a creamy Pistachio Crème Brûlée and a fragrant Um Ali with brioche and orange blossom.
