With a four-course set menu suitable for meat lovers and vegetarians, there is something for everyone. The limited-time set menu will be available on 11th and 12th November 2023 for AED 225 per person.
From the rich and aromatic spices of the North, to the vibrant coastal influences of the South, each plate is a journey through India’s festive heritage, elevated with the eatery’s creative spin. The sharing snack platter includes innovative renditions of popular Indian nibbles such as crunchy Pecorino Murukku and the Rasam-spiced Pretzel, while the starters enhance appetites with dishes like the sweet and sour Froyo Papdi Chaat and a colourful Pickled Rainbow Carrot Salad. Smalls and Grills include the curry leaf-infused 1,000 Layered Potatoes and the flavourful Tangra Crispy Chilly Lamb.
After refreshing themselves with a mid-course sorbet, diners can continue feasting on their choice of main course accompanied with bread or rice. Mains involve vegetarian dishes like the tender Pulled Jackfruit Kofta and meat options such as the tandoor-grilled Tikka Kebab Dum Biryani.
Patrons can also choose to end their culinary journey on a sweet note with a selection of Diwali-inspired desserts, such as Kaju Katli Ice Cream, a frosty spin on a festive classic, and the fruity Bagalkot Mango Kulfi Bar, each for an additional AED 25.
