Gastro Kitchen, the friendly neighborhood restaurant at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai - Jumeirah Beach, is proud to introduce a fresh new menu for its much-loved Saturday brunch. Curated by Chef Juan B. Ancheita, the venue’s talented new Executive Chef, the refreshed Saturday Brunch is uniquely themed around the vibrant, colorful and delicious traditional cuisine of Central America.

Every member of the family will then adore the homemade waffles with Korean maple-glazed chicken, or vegetarian-friendly maple-glazed sweet potato, while the pass around Arayes flatbreads and corn and cheese empanadas are sure to pair perfectly with a cold beverage or two.

Moving to the main courses, guests will find options to suit those of all tastes and preferences. Ranging from juicy Peruvian beef anticuchos to chimichurri grilled tiger prawns and fish papillote, everyone is sure to be left full and satisfied.

However, saving room for dessert is essential. The ‘Pass me the dessert, darling!’ menu offers contemporary twists on classic recipes such as deconstructed black forest cake, poached peaches with mascarpone and mango, and the cascade tropical symphony, a light and fruity sweet treat featuring coconut mousse, mango gel and white chocolate. Meanwhile, little ones will be beyond excited by the extraordinary pass-around monster cookies. Topped with marshmallows, bon bons and brownie, they are bound to be the star of the show.

As a live singer serenades guests in the garden area, every moment is sure to be filled with joy, lively melodies and upbeat rhythms.

Enhanced with a superb choice of cocktails, beers, wines, mocktails and soft drinks, the laid-back family-friendly brunch is completed with complimentary beach and pool access. Guests are invited to cool off after their feasting with a dip in the clear waters of the infinity pool, or a snooze on the sunbeds of the private beach.
