COYA
COYA Dubai’s legendary Saturday Brunch returns with renewed flair, infusing the weekend ritual with bold Latin American flavours and immersive entertainment. Inspired by the rhythms and traditions of Peru, the brunch unfolds every Saturday from 12:30PM to 3:30PM at the award-winning COYA Dubai, located within the Restaurant Village at the Four Seasons Resort on Jumeirah Beach Road.
The refreshed brunch now features a dedicated ceviche bar, where guests can graze on fresh sashimi, maki rolls, signature ceviches, and zingy salads. Guests are then served a selection of appetisers to the table – spanning chargrilled, wok-fried, tempura, and plancha-style bites – alongside signature moles with smashed avocado, mayacoba beans, and spiced focaccia.
Main courses include premium cuts and ocean-fresh selections such as robata grilled salmon, slow-cooked short ribs, Chilean sea bass rice, and the restaurant’s iconic Lomo Saltado, alongside comforting vegetarian options like the mushroom rice or quinoa and barley hot pots. Sides are designed for sharing, while a selection of COYA’s much-loved desserts rounds out the feast.
Set against COYA’s bold Incan-inspired interiors and Latin American design accents, the space sets the scene for an afternoon fuelled by flavour and sound. With a live singer, percussionist, and COYA’s resident DJ bringing the beats, the energy builds course by course, turning the brunch into a high-spirited celebration that carries guests straight into the weekend.
Editor's Review
There's a lot to like about COYA's brunch, but it's specifically one to visit if you've got anyone in your party who's looking for better non-alcoholic beverages than watered-down juices from a bottle. The newly-launched Lyre's Brunch package offers a number of exciting drinks that are crafted with the same attention and style as any drink you order from the bar. The food list is definitely one to bring your appetite for, and is perfect for sharing. Tableside guacamole and a platter of ceviches is a perfect way to kick things off, and we highly recommend a reorder of the miniature salmon tacos. The salmon for main course is an easy recommendation to make, and sits delicately on a bed of stir-fried quinoa. The miniature wagyu short rib bao is another dish to reorder, as it disappeared from our table as quickly as it was served. There are other extra sharing dishes such as lobster or a larger wagyu cut if you're in the mood for even more of a celebration, but the list of offerings is very satisfying. Hints of puffed corn and toasted grain are peppered throughout the dishes, and the satisfying variety of textures and flavors is hard to miss. The final dessert platter is definitely one to save room for, with everything form churros to tres leches to flan and ice cream making a stunning debut. Entertainment from live dancers is sure to either get you on your feet or cheering along, as the quality service makes sure that your glass is always kept full.
